Whew.

This summer marked my three year mark at my current job, and during the spring semester I had to put together a portfolio for my Three Year Review. Kinda like tenure-lite for us "unclassified" non-tenure-track employees (the machine shop head was up for it too). I wasn't too worried, but with my boss gone most of the summer, I was kinda waiting to hear.

Fortunately, I passed with no issues that needed to be brought up. Whew.
