WSBK-38 in Boston used to screw up, overlap, and otherwise mangle the trailers for the next week's PTEN shows at the end of Babylon 5 pretty regularly, leading to entertaining narration collisions like "A deadly virus. Caine must travel back on time on the next Kung Fu: The Legend Continues."
(Mind you, having those promos screwed up was usually a good thing, since the PTEN trailers often contained spoilers for the next week's episode. I am particularly reminded of the promo the week before "Deathwalker", which gave away the episode's entire ending.)
Good old WSBK. They also used to run a single 30-second commercial exactly on the stroke of midnight every week during the time period when B5's time slot was 23:30-00:30. NOTE: There isn't a commercial break in the show there.
