Took some measurements. :) Range on the first two is between maximum exhale and inhale.
Chest: 45-49 inches
Belly: 44-50 inches
Beltline: 37 inches (makes sense, size 38 pants need a belt)
Hips: 39 inches
Hatband: 23 inches :)
FWIW, I used to wear size 40 pants, and last time I was sized for a suit I had a 51 inch chest. And I still need XL hats.
