Strictly speaking, I'm on "actoplus met", starting with a sample pack from the diabetes education center because the pharmacy didn't have any in stock yet. Actoplus in the morning, just Metformin in the evening.
230 mg/dl after over 12 hours of no food this morning...not the best of signs. I'm told it takes 4-5 days for the Metformin to start having an effect, though, and it's only been 4 so far...we'll see Monday if it's trending helpfully.
