though the contrarian in me wants to find someplace on that site to post and ask for real-egg equivalencies in the cake batter recipe, for those of us who are willing to eat actual foods.
I think that's just because some experiences in college have left me with an unwarranted fondness for baiting vegetarians, though. :)
