Mega-GIR Mini-Review

It's essentially the regular GIR scaled up, but without the openable head. The doggie suit is not front-zip like the prototype shown in the pictures...it's back-zip. And like so many rear-entry costumes, it's nearly impossible to get the toy into the outfit. My arms still hurt from the excessive force required. It doesn't even pretend to stand on its own either way...for a $30 toy it woulda been nice to include a stand of some sort.

In short, even if you're a big Zim fan, wait for this to go on clearance somewhere. It's just not worth the price.

Which makes especially little sense considering that one of the hallmarks of Gir's doggie suit is the huge, obvious zipper on the front.

Go figure toy companies...

There's a fake zipper on the front. I guess they didn't want to bother making the zipper go around the nose and tongue.

There's a regular figure version of this. Of course, it's not even 3" tall so he's mostly a card of accessories.
