Sure. :) I got him to L4 via the "recover the anniversary gifts" mission and some street crime before I logged out for the night. Yes, I ran the gifts mission at L2...just to see if I could. ;)
Over on Virtue, we have the Lincoln Memorial. President Lincoln has returned to the land of the living to battle injustice and evil. Unfortunately, his body was far too gone to use (thankfully, since Zombie Lincoln would be totally creepy), so he was forced to inhabit a slightly larger-than-life-sized stone statue (Stone Armor/Super Strength Tanker).
Meanwhile, Lincoln's archenemy, the Head of Nixon, visits evil upon the inhabitants of the Rogue Isles. No signs of Nixon's good friend, Morbo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_recurring_alien_characters_from_Futurama#Morbo), however.
