Still only L11, but I got 1,000,000 Influence for answering a riddle. Soooo, maxing out all my Enhancements at 10++, why not? ;) (Hm, may need to make a CoH icon at some point.)
The biggest levels (historically, at least, prior to inventions) are 12 (when you can slot level 15 dual origin enhancements) and 22 (when you can slot level 25 single origin enhancements).
DOs are 2x as good as training. SOs are 2x as good as DOs.
