It's the fanged mouth that breaks the Johnny Five resemblance for me, and moves it closer to the robot mobsters from Futurama. Come to think of it, I may be mixing up Clamps with the crazy knife robot.

Good grief, that thing looks awful. Unfortunately, that's not the first time I've said that about a TF movie toy. Who's designing these things?

I'd like to see Michael Bay make a movie that doesn't take ideas and visuals from other films. But I may be asing a bit much.

The Fallen itself has also been seen in toy form, and dammit, I know I've owned that toy years before! Though the head seems lifted off a different toy.
