"Physics", a new online mag from the American Physical Society. It may be a bit above the heads of interested non-scientists, but it seems to be more readable than the raw journal entries that are being reviewed in its virtual pages. :)

Looks like somebody finally decided to do something about Scientific American's slow drift towards the Popular Science/Popular Mechanics areas.
