I don't get it.

The spider's abdomen is cover in baby spiders. Who needs an SUV?

Wow. My monitor needs to be way higher rez.

Well, it turns out the brightness was a bit low. I have trouble judging that on my home monitor. Should be a bit clearer now.

Or I need nomatechnically-enhanced replacement eyes.

It's cute! Though what the poster doesn't tell you is that a week later you will have a hundred baby spiders all over the place.

Never raise wolf spiders behind your desk without some means of containment.

Or BlackWidows under the bed in a box with no label.
Great poster!

That was an accident, and how many times can I say I'm sorry? And should I remind you who used the blowtorch to fix the problem?
And I'm sorry to Dave too, I showed my family this, I didn't know they could post...

What spider is that? A normal house variety, or a "get the shotgun" big breed?

[identity profile] dvandom.livejournal.com 2008-07-19 02:03 am (UTC)(link)
Wolf spider. Biggish as spiders go, but not tarantula big.

That's probably .22 pistol territory then, if you're a good shot.

I absolutely hate spiders, so much that I actively passed on Animated Blackarachnia several times, it being one of the few toys I can stomach despite the Animated look. I'm afraid I'd look at it, groggy one morning, and it's get broken by a slammed shoe or book or something. Reminds me a bit of Doom 3's spider monster, though- I'm not so sure I can even say it's name without pushing "obscene" burder, BTW.
