At some point, the archetype kid would reveal that, due to being scanned from thousands of humans of both genders, "he" is a fully functioning hermaphrodite.
The only thing I know about a Sarah Jane/Torchwood crossover is that it would be Wrong for all previously-known given values of Wrong and it would go on to define several additional previously unrealized states of Wrong and have the possibility of collapsing into a singularity of Wrong.
And Jack, of course, would love every minute.
(My first impulse would've been to name the archetype "Archie," but that's just me.)
