I can only ASPIRE to such bizarreness

From "Gamera, Super Monster", the final Showa-era Gamera movie, assembled around clips from the earlier movies.

Edit: after Gamera beats Guiron on the alien menace's homeworld, he follows the Galaxy Express 999 back to Earth so he can fight Barugon (the one with the tongue ram and the rainbow beam, not the Godzilla-universe Baragon). Another edit to clarify: the Yamato picture is BEFORE the Guiron fight. I didn't take a picture of the Galaxy Express scene.

The lead spacewoman is like the female Viltrumite from Invincible, but Japanese and with two femme girlfriends.

This movie bastes in its own MSTing.

That is NOT the Galaxy Express 999 in that picture.

That is Space Fortress Battleship Yamato.

Sorry, originally posted with no comment, then later saw the Galaxy Express scene and edited in the comment about it as a separate thing.

Ah. So he did follow the steam-train through space?

Yep! It led him back to Earth.
