More Kaiju-germs!

Educational Innovations has added a bunch more plush microorganisms to their roster: brain cell, chicken pox, fat cell, maggot (not, strictly, a microorganism), MRSA (complete with a cape as befits a super-staph), penicillin, staph, T4 bacteriophage virus, toxic mold, chlamydia and herpes. Giving someone a deadly disease was never so cute! (The grad students in my group got a bunch of these things a while back, so I bought a plush white blood cell to keep 'em in line.)

I hadn't really looked at those before; I'd only seen the common cold in person. My favorite is the mange parasite...they need to make one with a squeaky. So you can give your well-groomed and healthy pet mange.

I think you can get squeakies at Hobby Lobby and similar craft stores, then just do some careful unstitching and add your own!

Also available direct from the manufacturer (http://www.giantmicrobes.com/). I bought a series for Rory years ago, and their customer service was excellent.
