Gah, Biblespam.

The latest "evade the detectors" trick in the spam I've been getting has been to use random lines from the Old Testament as subject headers. I wonder if I saved all my spam (and I get about 50 a day from this source, if not more) I could piece the subject lines together into a complete Bible?

Are you going to include the Apocrypha in that?

From the phrasing, it looks like they're ripping from a KJV, so no apocrypha or even deuterocanonicals. Mind you, if the name Antiochus pops up, I'll have to revise my assessment.

They're using the Authorized Version to help them spam? What would King James say to that?

Actually, I don't really care what he'd say. In fact, I try not to touch the KJV, as I prefer translations that are actually, y'know... readable.

Pathetic...people don't need to have random nuts tossing Bible verses at them through e-mail. Just give me a call, I can do that for FREE! Without clogging up the bandwidth.

Just when I think that people have figured out a new way to mis-use God's word, the human race comes up with a new one...

And God looked upon his penis, and he saw that it was soft. And so God got a special discount on Viagra from an online pharmacy.

So block the Bible. No biggie :)
