ETA: Got her to level 10 the hard way tonight. Went for the Flight pool despite SW being a "natural"...guess all those dips in contaminated water and hanging around weird rays has "naturally" given her the power of flight!
For natural origin characters, your best option to explain flight is probably rocket boots. You have to get the recipe and ingredients (whether through wentworth's or as drops) and then go to the university to create them. Then you can add them at the tailor. There are also tech wings, but that's probably more for a tech origin than natural. They REALLY need to have jetpacks available as costume parts, IMO.
In my head, my Shadow-knockoff doesn't "really" have super-speed. He's got a badass roadster that he tools around town in. But until they give us vehicles, one makes do.
SP's only at 12, but I'm taking him down the teleportation route, with the explanation being that he hacked the emergency teleport system for his own needs.
