Empowered She-Hulk?

I got the new Marvel Legends She-Hulk today, and noticed the sculpt was kinda weird, as if it were meant to optimize a specific pose. After messing around a bit, I think I found that pose...and it eerily ties in with what I suspect is an Empowered reference in next week's She-Hulk comic:

The old She-Hulk from the 90's Hulk cartoon was articulated so that she could be posed nicely for dungeon chaining...notthatIeverdidthatsortofthingImean.

It's the slightly vacant smile that really sells it, too.

I'm probably going to regret this, but what's 'Empowered'?

Comic from Dark Horse, by Adam Warren. Being released in trade paperback form rather than a monthly. It's about a female superhero whose powers tend to punk out on her easily, resulting in her being tied up a lot by the bad guys.
